GENERAL
➤ I, ChoccoSabi(the artist), hold the right to refuse accepting a commission I feel uncomfortable working on.➤ Please keep in mind, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, etc).➤ When commissioning me, beware I like to hold a certain level of artistic liberty. All commissions will be drawn in my style and I will not copy another’s style.➤ For a better result in your commissioned work, please provide references. Visual references are required as i don't work with written appearance descriptions. This does not apply to pose descriptions.➤ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.REVISIONS
➤ The client is allowed 2 rounds of changes for the sketch phase, this includes asking for small changes in the pose, and 2 overhauls, which means to make different sketch versions for you to choose one and discard the others.➤ For the shaded sketch or base color you will get another 2 rounds of revisions, which include color changes and minor adjustments.➤ After the artwork has been completed (ie. Final stage of the commission) you may request 1 more round of revisions for minor changes, such adding or removing some details like sparkles and symbols.➤ Beyond the mentioned free changes above, any more revision requests will be subject to a fee which the value will be determined by the type of commission being ordered and stage it is in.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
➤ After the commission is completed and approved you will receive a full .png version.➤ My workflow consists of working on 1 order at a time in the order in which they are confirmed (paid and discussed with the client). You may check where you are on the list in my workflow/trello.➤ My turnaround time after the commission is started is around 1 to 2 weeks, but it can take longer as doing these is not my main job.➤ I will not accept any rush orders.➤ If the client fails to answer in 7 days their commission will be paused and i will pass on to the next order in line, in which case you will have to wait for said next commission to finish before yours will be resumed.➤ I post all commissions completed to my Toyhouse( @\ChoccoSabi ) commissions page. It serves as an archive place for both me and clients. If you lose a piece and wish to have it back, please contact me with a link to your piece on the toyhouse gallery.USE
➤ As the creator of the artwork I hold the right to post/display and/or promote myself with it anywhere, but you may request for your commission to not be shared.➤ As the artist I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected or unpaid sketches and poses as "Your Character Here" or personal use at a later date. Character uniqueness will be respected.➤ The artwork you commissioned is for personal use only. The artwork may not be used for any type of profit or sale.➤ The customer is allowed to repost the artwork with proper credits to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).➤ The customer is allowed to print and make merchandise of the artwork for personal use only.➤ The customer may NOT use my artworks to train/code/program ANY type of generative AI application.➤ Any modification, change or use of the artwork without the artist’s permission is prohibited.➤ It is strictly prohibited to remove my signature.REFUNDS
➤ If the client cancels before the process has started they will receive a full refund.➤ After the sketch has been approved there will be no more refunds.➤ In cases of repeated disrespect the order will be terminated with no refunds.COMMUNICATION
➤ Communications can be made via: vgen or artistree private message, email, Discord.➤ While i will send screenshots for approval (See REVISIONS for more) you are welcome to ask me for updates if you are concerned about the progress.➤ I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
